You may be worried that you are not good enough, or that you did not do something to satisfy someone else. Your thought processes go into over-drive, but it's the emotional and overwhelming feelings that make you feel wiped out.

Most of the time it is unexplainable at the time that it is occurring. Time-wise they will last from perhaps half a minute but as long as 10 minutes. The standard time I experienced them was from around 2 to 3 minutes.
